Hello faced with the problem of updating the driver from intel site as hp provides an older driver when updating the driver I get an unrevealed error (no error code) contacted intel support there they could not help me

Unfortunately, I don't know why you would be getting that error, since that should have been the right driver for your PC.

yes, this driver was installed but the so-called intel pinning shell extensions in the device manager is marked as a universal software component
