Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000i (4N5D8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

upgrade the currently installed Intel UHD graphics 770 to a better non integrated graphics card for 

HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000i (4N5D8AV)

I was told the ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Mini OC GDDR6 Video Graphics Card GPU might be my best bet

Preferably one that will fit inside this all in one desktop

What is your PC 27-ca1000i (4N5D8AV)  machine, it could be one of the following over 180 machines

For example:   HP Pavilion 27-ca1041ci AiO PC

 

They use same ZunigaP motherboard :   https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c08138463   which ONLY has

 

 

Expansion slots

note:
The configuration might vary depending on your model.
  • Two M.2 expansion slots:
    • One M.2 socket 1, 2230 type for WLAN and Bluetooth
    • One M.2 socket 3, Key M, 2280 type for SSD (PCIe/SATA)

No other slot for you to upgrade/add to a video card. The answer is IMPOSSIBLE.
