@naskap13 , welcome to the forum.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant. Also, take the side panel off of the case and get as close to each section of the motherboard as you can get. Listen carefully to see if you can hear where sound is coming from.
Here is a page of videos with different types of hums: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=what+does+coil+whine+sound+like&&view=detail&mid=0781A7D3860A80...
See if you can find yours.

Thank you for the additional information, @naskap13!
It is very difficult to know if the sound is normal without knowing the component or area in the case that is involved. I suggest that you contact the seller for help. I don't want you to keep a defective computer.

I see is there a way i can send a voice clip to you? Also i wanted to know are those pc supposed to do some kind of noise or they should be silent?I dont think its defective the sound is not weird there is no clicking or anything like that just a very noticeable hum

@naskap13, there are third-party FREE apps that you can use to post video/audio clips to this Forum. It is difficult to have a computer that is completely silent. The fans will make a certain amount of noise. A hum (Coil whine as it is known) like you describe could be coming from the power supply unit (PSU).

Thank you for the additional information, @naskap13! This is a great recording. If your computer is still under warranty you should either contact the seller or HP Customer Service. You should not have to do any repairs yourself. It is difficult for me to know how loud the sound is without the case closed. However, it doesn't sound normal.
