HP OMEN 25L ryzen 5 rtx3060

my omen will turn on with rgb but nothing is displayed to the monitor. it is brand new and has worked for a coupke days but this morning it refuses to boot. The hdmi cable is working, so is the monitor. RGB turns on but only to white. I have tried to hard reset by unplugging and holding power, i tried the same with the power in.

Hi

You can't rule any possibility out when the PC does not POST and you have no video.

Try this to see what happens: Start the PC. Tap "ESC". See if you can get the HP UEFI Startup Menu. This action will probably fail but it does not hurt to try this.

Good to see you have verified the HDMI connection and the monitor work.

The MB is receiving power since MB or chassis' LEDs are working. Do you see spinning fans? Any keyboard LEDs or on screen mouse activity? It could be a power supply problem even though the LEDs are active.

I would return the PC to the seller for an exchange/refund if your PC is brand new.

Otherwise you will have to troubleshoot the PC by, reseating all wiring connections, reseat component connections (reseat the RAM modules-reseat the graphics card, reseat any M.2 drives), or swap in known, good replacement components to find the faulty part.

The power supply, CPU, or MB, in addition to any other component connected to the MB (including peripherals) are possible suspects.
