Dear HP Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue with my pc. The PC suddenly stopped turning on, and despite trying everything I could, it remains completely unresponsive.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Checked the power cable and outlet (even tried different ones).
  • Held the power button for 30+ seconds to reset.
  • Removed and reseated the RAM and SSD.
  • Tried booting without peripherals connected.
  • Left it unplugged overnight and retried in the morning.

Nothing has worked, and I am very concerned because I rely on this PC daily for work/studies. I have always taken great care of it—never dropped, exposed to liquid, or overused. It was working perfectly until this happened out of nowhere.

Since my warranty is still active, I kindly request a repair or replacement as soon as possible. Please let me know the next steps.
