the link is working for me. What browser you using? Your browser might be set to save in the Downloads folder automatically.

Or it should ask you where to save it at. Look in Downloads maybe? Ill re-add the link to open the same page if it help.

 

Dont do the Reset function this time. It doesnt always reset things to factory.

You need to clear what ever settings are skewed first be clean reinstalling.

Then install the files as per the instructions I gave earlier.
