OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (4Q9S1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello
I have changed the DRAM frequency in the Omen Bios setup utility on my PC and since then the PC no longer sends a signal to the monitor.

I can turn on the pc and all RGBS are lit and all fans are spinning, but there is no picture.

I have already tried changing the BIOS battery but that didn't help either...

Could you help me?

Hi @Zelciii

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I am surprised HP would let you make a BIOS setting change that would cause this problem.

Remove the CR2032 MB battery again. Depress the power button and hold it down a few times to drain residual MB energy. Then let the PC sit for a while. This should reset CMOS and fix the memory overclocking setting.

Remove and reseat the factory RAM. Reseat the graphics card and check connections to this card. Check all other internal PC connections and check monitor connections.

Something not related to the changes you made in the BIOS may be happening.

I would have a local PC tech take a look if you cannot fix the problem. The PC is either not doing a successful POST or you have a video out problem

Regards

I have already removed the battery several times and nothing has worked. The same with the Rams…

Hi @Zelciii

GT15-0000a (4Q9S1AV) is a generic PC ID. I can't zero in on your specific PC's configuration. I don't know what components are installed in your PC.

Check the PC's case for a specific product number or look at HP System Information to ID the PC.

Try onboard graphics: if you have an AMD "G" CPU and if your PC has rear HDMI or DP out.

We still don't know if you the PC cannot POST or you have a video out problem. Again, resetting CMOS should fix the RAM configuration problem.

Have a local PC Tech take a look.

Regards
