omen gaming hub never loads on startup... i always have a spinning circle next to mouse.... unless i close it in task manager.... and this happened after the july 1st update in the microsoft store.... before that it worked fine.... and i have only had this pc 3 days now lol....when i open the gaming hub its the same thing ....spinning circle next to the mouse until i close the hub in task manager ??? whats going on.... ????

its a brand new desktop from bestbuy....i may have solved it...i went into apps the selected advanced options for the gaming hub and i reset it then rebooted the pc now it works right....so far lol

(1To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

( run command )

msinfo32

copy / paste the System SKU value

msinfo32msinfo32

 

(2) Please tell me the BIOS Version/Date of msinfo32
