Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-0000i (3V745AV)

pc is not booting, black screen and no power to keyboard or mouse, there is light on the pc front and on the gfx card. The pc is 10 days old and the problem just happened from one shutdown to the next reboot

I would return the PC to the retailer, you should be within the return period, for a refund/exchange.

 

This problem can be anything from a loose connection or improperly seated component to a bad: motherboard, CPU, RAM, or power supply. A bad graphics card should not affect power to the mouse and keyboard.

 

You have front panel LED and graphics card LED activity. This suggests the MB is getting some power from the PSU. But maybe not enough to start the PC.
