I know my pc is a windows 10 but don't know if its a 32-bit or 64-bit when I turn the computer on it turns on and runs just fine but my keyboard doesn't light of but that is not the problem here the problem is that I get only a black screen nothing loads after I turn my pc on this all started on or around 8/19/22 I updated the HP Firmware that was out and I was updating to windows 11 but because I was impatient I restarted the computer after the firmware update but my windows 11 was only at around 50% so when the computer restarted it has only showed a black screen ever since now the other day on I want to say 1/20/23 I was finally able to get something to display and all it said was bios corrupted but nothing since and I can't seem to reset my bios to factory or recovery I have tired everything I can think of I have disconnected everything and even reseated everything internally to but still nothing but the same black screen

Hi
Doing a BIOS update while you are updating Windows can be very risky. Then you prematurely restarted the PC.
Try all BIOS recovery steps at this site: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730
Failure to fix the problem using the above remedies usually means the BIOS chip must be reprogrammed or replaced.
Try to find a local PC technician to who can reprogram or replace the BIOS chip. The last option is to replace the MB or buy a new PC.
