hello everyone, this post is just really about what do i do with this screen. i cannot get my product name due to the fact that i am stuck on the please wait page. i really do not know what to do because this is the first time this has happened too me. for a quick recap, yesterday night (12/5/22) i was playing a few games and my windows os had too update. when I went to go shut it down, it went too the please wait while we install a system update. it did not finish the update on the next day (12/6/22). when i later left the house, i saw my hp pavilion gaming laptop button off. after a few hours, i went too turn it back on. the first startup, the screen went black for a couple of seconds and turned back off. the next startup, the same screen showed up. please send any helpful info and have a good day
