on day i decided to put some leds in my pc and wired it though the front panel and took out the green led so the new led strips could shine though and ever since then the power button changed to purple i just want to know if thats bad or something no to stress about i looked online and found nothing about it just videos about power buttons not working but my power button works fine

@DJM416 , welcome to the Community.

 

I suggest that you check the User's Manual to see what function, if any, the light on the Power Button provides.  I believe it may give you some error codes.  The change could cause them not to work properly.

Press the Power button () to turn on the product. With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 15 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product. If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button () to turn it on.
