Hi, I'm using translator so sorry I'f you will not understand what I mean. I encountered the TPM problem a year or two ago, I switched to Windows 10 because my friends advised me to. I play a game called VALORANT in which the anti-cheat is tied to TPM 2.0 and everything was fine, I played for a very long time and now I switched to another account for my own reasons and it told me that TPM is needed.. well.. I wandered around the BIOS again and everything is fine, TPM is enabled and Security boot too. I first contacted ChatGPT because it has been helping me a lot lately but today it didn't help me, so I'm here. He advised me to clear the TPM and I did it, I followed his instructions but nothing helped, even reinstalling the drivers, please help with this problem

Hi @janncruxh,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding TPM 2.0 with your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It seems like you're facing an issue related to TPM 2.0 with your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop and Valorant's anti-cheat software. Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is a security feature that some applications, like gaming anti-cheat software, use for more secure operation.
Here are some steps you can take to ensure TPM is properly enabled on your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop running Windows 10:
Check TPM Status:
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type tpm.msc and press Enter.
- This will open the TPM Management window. Check if TPM is ready for use. If it's not, you might need to enable it through BIOS.
Enable TPM in BIOS:
- Restart your computer and press the Esc key repeatedly to enter the Startup Menu.
- Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup.
- Look for the TPM settings under the Security or Advanced tab (the exact location can vary).
- Ensure TPM is enabled and activated.
- Save changes and exit BIOS.
Update Drivers and Windows:
- Ensure that your device drivers and Windows updates are all current, as updates might address compatibility issues.
Reinstall Valorant:
- Sometimes reinstalling the game can resolve issues related to anti-cheat compatibility.
I hope this helps.
