Welcome to the HP Forum.
Sorry to say water and electronic components don't play well together.
The outcome is much worse if the Laptop was in use (energized) when this happened.
I would suggest Laptop disassembly. Let it air dry.
Reassemble the Laptop. Try it again to see how things go.
You may have to replace components or buy a new Laptop if the device will not work correctly.

its happened last week i did air dry, even first i completely cleaned the laptop by disassembles then i try to replace the parts like cooling fan and speaker but still its not working . so i like to know what cause this issuse

My best guess would be the MB is in trouble if you replaced other components.
Does the external power brick indicate it is in working order?
Water could short every component connected to the MB, including the MB, and possibly the power supply. The power supply connects directly to the MB.
