Hi
You might want to specify the operating system version and the product number to isolate the MB version. This would help to check for a BIOS update using the MB SSID. HP BIOS updates require a MB SSID and operating system version to install correctly.
Using the Desktop ID you have provided you have either: a Oasis MB https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4853671-4853790-16
or a OasisOC MB https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4853726-4853795-16
Both system boards have the Z590 chipset. Intel provides CPU and memory overclocking on the Z590 chipset, however, HP limits overclocking options on their consumer Desktop PCs.
The memory HP uses at the factory will run at 3200 but retail memory may run at 2133.
I don't think you can get 3200 unless HP updates the BIOS for your MB to allow this for the specific Corsair memory DIMMs you have purchased.
Check HP memory for a part number. Try the HP Parts Store https://parts.hp.com/hppartsIGSO/Default.aspx?from=ERP&mscssid=&cc=US&lang=EN&jumpid= for this item or try eBay, Amazon, or Newegg.
Maybe someone else in the Forum has a workaround.

Hi
My pleasure.
This link https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-25l-desktop-pc-gt12-1000i/2100404876... has a W11 21H2 BIOS update for your MB. I suspect other, similar HP W10 or W11 BIOS updates are identical, no XMP BIOS option.
I don't see any reference to enabling XMP memory timings and speed for additional memory manufacturers in the "Fixes" section.
To the best of my knowledge, the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility does not support XMP options.
Maybe a different forum member has a workaround.
