Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

SO i updated my bios from f.18 from f.13 and ever since then my pc hasnt been preforming like how it used to. Does anyone have any idea why this could be? Def not placebo or anything im getting lower frames in all the games i play its just not how it used to be.

The latest BIOS I could find for your PC at this Site is F.13. Where did you get F.18?

 

AMD has fixed CPU vulnerabilities found in their CPUs with a firmware update provided to MB manufacturers . The security  update is slowly trickling down to users. Maybe the possible security fixes in F.18 are causing the slow down?

 

I just did a BIOS security update on my AMD MB and haven't noticed any performance problems.

 

Are your graphics card drivers up to date?

 

I don't know what else to tell you.

I had a issue on not knowing witch one to use...the  f.18 automatically came up in windows update and i believe it was made for windows 11 and f.13 is windows 10. Ut I'm not 100% on this. But 13 still shows up in hp assistant for me but whnt with the newer bios by date
