I can't seem to get in contact with my case manager because he in india and I'm on the east coast of the United States of America, I need a case manager in the United States of America that we are on the same time zones, why is this such of an issue with my repair on my Omen45L 22-3000i, I paid for extend warranty and HP support can't fix it for 3 months because they don't have the parts 🤔

Hey bud I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass but I spent over $3000.00  on a top of the line HP gaming PC,because I have been a loyal HP consumer for 20 years and now this has been the worst purchase and support help I have ever experienced. I can't understand  how and why it's going to  takes 3 months to replace a motherboard, I purchased extended warranty and the Omen45L spends more time being repaired than me using it. so far the majority of my warranty it has been in the repair center. On this forum it seems like I not the only one having the exact same issues, why isn't HP stepping up and addressing this major problem instead they keep selling defective machines and having pissed off consumers complaining about service and customer support not helping they just keep passing the problem of to someone else,

Can you explain to me why after my Omen45L 22-3000 was sent in for repair,on October 2, 2025 it took 2 and a half months to get repaired, HP shipped it back to me on December 12, next day priority to be delivered on December 13,  it's now December 20 and I haven't received my package yet. HP and FedEx keep telling me using the tracking number that my Omen 45L has been on Driver Joey's truck for the last 7 days not been delivered. No one can give me any reason why it is not delivered except it's on Driver Joey's truck. I'm a retired FedEx Ground Contractor that knows the business and this doesn't make any sense to me.

How about this, I finally got my Omen45L 22-3000 back from repair in Texas, it took FedX from 12/ 12 /25 until 12/23/25 to deliver my package, I have securety video of the delivery driver dropping my 51 lb. Omen 45L 22-3000  he picks it up, then instead of placing it on my deck he rolls it end over end then he signs my name. The delivery instructions required me to sign for it. he didn't even knock on my door. The box looked like it was shoved around retaped  and beat up while it sat for 11 days, I videoed the whole process of unboxing it. I it looked good but here's the kicker, When I set it up and turned it on I got a black screen saying It needed the operating system to be installed **bleep**, They just replaced the motherboard did extensive testing before returning it to me, how do you do testing without operating system installed. I got in contact with Omen support they finally decided to have me send it back for repairs OMG, THEY'VE HAD MY OMEN45L 22-3000 IN THE REPAIR FACILITY SINCE 10/02/2025.
