Greetings @mj_solos
The HanaL MB part number is M81916-602.
You might be able to flash the BIOS outside of the operating system using a recent BIOS update if your PC has a corrupted BIOS.
It is also possible to replace a damaged BIOS chip. Then flash the BIOS using a recent HP BIOS update.
You would have to provide a specific HP Product Number to check for a recent BIOS update.
An integrated component problem would probably require a replacement MB.
I see three HanaL MB purchase options at eBay. It's not looking good.

I would say no.
$500.00 to replace the MB is way too much.
Don't what what is wrong with your MB. It's very difficult to diagnose a MB problem in a Forum.
The problem could be a corrupted BIOS or you have a MB hardware problem.

Greetings @mj_solos
You can use any ATX: PC case and power supply you want.
The HanaL MB is a mATX AM4 MB. You could do a standard ATX MB or a mATX MB if you get an ATX case.
AM4 MBs support many AMD CPUs. Check this Site for AM4 B550 CPU support.
What CPU do you have?
Check Amazon for B550 MB purchase options.
Pick a MB (Asus, Gigabyte, Asrock, or MSI).
Check the CPU support list at the MB manufacturer's Support site.
OEM Windows product keys are generally not transferrable to a different (non HP) MB. You will probably have to buy a new Windows product key.

Greetings @mj_solos
The Asus MB looks good if you want to stay with an mATX MB. An mATX MB will work with a ATX case or a mATX case.
Did you verify the CPU in your HP MB works with the Asus B550 MB?
You should do a new case and a new power supply to avoid problems using the HP parts (case and PSU). You should also buy a new Windows product key.
W11 is pretty good with drivers when you change some components. However, I recommend backing up data. Then do a clean install on the new MB.
If the Asus MB has the same chipset (B550), which it should, as the HP MB, the HP Windows installation will probably run on the Asus MB.
Windows should run with a Desktop watermark. Most software will work. The HP software should be removed since it is now pointless.
The HP OEM version of Windows should not activate since you have changed the MB.
Your PC is not a HP PC after changing the MB.
