Hey there,

I bought this laptop a month ago, on the second day I figured out that the screen was blinking on some applications( chrome, Bing browser, word) which terrified me because of this was a new laptop and now sometimes black screen appears after logging in(after entering the lock screen password).  here are the details of my gaming laptop.

Product number : 6N1V9PA#ACJ

Most users in this forum don't work for HP.

 

It is impossible to solve a hardware problem in this forum.. Your Laptop is about a month old. You had a display problem on day two after purchase.

 

I can't locate your specific product number using 6N1V9PA#ACJ to check motherboard details and driver updates. This Link may show similar product specifications. I would suggest updating the Nvidia drivers but I am not sure what you have.

 

It sounds like you have a hardware problem. Could be caused by the discrete Nvidia graphics on the motherboard or some other component.

 

You should contact HP Support for warranty service.
