it happened with my old headphones in the first time so i didnt think much of it since i used them for at least 4 years and they were quite cheap. now i have a new pair and the audio just comes out the norma, l speaker and i dont think that it's the jacks that's damaged since my laptop is about 3 months old and i have no clue how to fix it

Kindly help us if the issue is with an audio jack or the main speaker.

 

Meanwhile, Try Updating BIOS the audio driver which is the latest, and see if that works. Click here
