hi ive been told to messaged support of riot games to see why or how tpm 2.0 is not active on my pc or how i can turn it on ive done most of the stuff ive searched up ive been in bios ive did many things yet it still does not work id love some help on fixing this issue.

@blinko , welcome to the Community.

 

Here is a guide that might help you solve your problem:

 

  1. Turn on the computer while tapping the f10 key to start the BIOS setup menu.
  2. On the Security tab, check whether your TPM Device status is Hidden.
  3. Toggle the TPM device status to Available.
  4. Change TPM State to Enabled.
  5. Press f10 to exit, and then click Yes to save changes. If prompted, press f1 to confirm the changes and restart the computer.
