Hello, I want to upgrade my graphics card and power supply on my Hp gaming desktop 690-0034, but I'm not sure what kind of power supply to get that is compatible with this computer since it is a pre-built pc. any help at all would be very much appreciated. 🙂

@T-camp1 , welcome to the forum.
The motherboard (Sunflower) in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector; not the standard ATX 24-pin connector. Therefore, only a power supply unit (PSU) sold by HP will work. Here is a Power Supply Cross-Reference guide to help you identify a compatible PSU: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...
It appears the only upgrade would be Part # L05757-800 (500W). This will allow you to get a better video card because it has a PCIe 6+2 supplemental power connector.
