i have a 3060 and looking to make a changed just wondering what are my options and will i need a new power supply

Please verify that you are talking about an OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1xxx as fitted with an ArcticOC (SSID: 8A96) motherboard.

 

 As this Userbenchmark link shows, this PC can be fitted with just about any graphics card, as long as its dimensions (LxWxH) -especially length physically fits inside the case, and as long as the power supply has sufficient wattage to power it: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1xxx Compatible Components.
