Greetings @PSU007
Welcome back to the Forum.
The best MB replacement option for your PC is a HP: like-kind MB.
What is your intent?
Are you replacing a dead HP MB or looking at an after market MB upgrade?
I'm not familiar with your PC's case. But HP can modify front panel: power button, LED, and USB pinouts.
You may be able to do an after market uATX MB upgrade or you may have: front panel/USB problems. You will, most likely, lose HP case RGB stuff using a retail MB.
A different Forum member having hands on experience could give you a definitive answer to your question.

Greetings @PSU007
So you can't use the 880 case with a retail MB because of an I/O problem.
I thought you might have an issue using a non HP MB in the 880 case.
I checked HP Part Surfer and cannot locate the Higos2 MB part number. I also could not find a Higos2 MB on eBay.
You would probably have to do a new PC case if you want an aftermarket MB and the 2700X.
