Hi @jacobsteen

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you are having an issues with TPM, I am glad to assist you.

Your computer specs:      https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06463281

It has  AMD Ryzen™ 5 3550H with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics (2.1 GHz base clock, up to 3.7 GHz max boost clock, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) processor that why the tool does not show up TPM.

If you look in the Device Manager, you will find a security devices category and when you click to expand that category, you will see the AMD PSP security device.

If the above specification does not match your pc specs then theses  article provides information on how to troubleshoot the Trusted Platform Module (TPM):

Hope this helps!
