Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the HP OMEN - 25L Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i5-13400F - 16GB DDR5 Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB SSD. Currently it has 2 Fury DDR5 ram sticks totaling 16GB. How high can I go with them, and does it have to be 8GB sticks or could I use 16GB or 32GB DDR4 or does it have to be DDR5?  I'm just trying to get more ram anyway possible, any answers or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks ahead of time for your answers.
