Hello,
I purchased an HP Victus 16-016 laptop about a year ago and recall seeing an offer for a free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trial during setup. Unfortunately, I didn't claim it at that time. Could you let me know if it's still possible to redeem the trial or if there are any similar offers available for my device?

It is likely that the free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trial offer for your HP Victus 16-016 laptop has expired, as such promotions often have a limited redemption window. Checking online you laptop was sold with 3-month trial isn't designed for delayed redemption beyond the stated period

If I recall correctly when I got my HP laptop, it was valid for 3 months. It can be vary depending on offer

To confirm you can check

  • HP Omen Gaming Hub: Open the hub and look under "Promotions" or "Offers" to see if the trial is still available.

  • Microsoft Account: Sign in to your account and check for any unclaimed offers under "Services" or "Order History" at account.microsoft.com.

If you didn't found and still have question about its eligibility then you should microsoft or hp customer directly via email or online chat from offical websites. Although I believe it's use to contact them as these offers are time limited.
