Hello, so my touchpad suddenly not working after update OS, I have experienced this before, and managed to fix it, but now it has appeared again and I have tried the steps I did before, but the results are zero, I need help.
im try the method using HP diagnose UEFI the touchpad is perfectly working, but on startup window didn't work

In the 'details' tab, copy the hardware ID marked with an asterisk in the Microsoft Update Catalog (like this example).
After downloading the driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog, extract the .cab file, then install it as usual via Device Manager.

Thanks Banlix for the advice, currently touchpad magickly work again after im reinstall current version of windows, and your step troubleshoot i will keep it if the problem show up again, thanks again for help me out
