Change the Year in Windows:
- Open Date and Time Settings:
- Assuming you got Wi-Fi: Click the Start menu and go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > hit "Sync now" (see picture)
- Disable Automatic Updates:
- Toggle Set time automatically to Off if enabled.
- Manually Set the Date:
- With "Set time automatically" on Off: Click Change under Set the date and time manually.
- Update the year and click Change to save.
- Re-enable Automatic Updates (Optional):
- If desired, re-enable automatic time synchronization after making changes.
