3F0 Error when turning On Secure Boot

Hello ,

Whenever I turn on Secure Boot from BIOS , I het the error "3F0 - Boot Device Not found" , and from the bios , I get the error OS Boot Manager not found . When turning off the Secure Boot , I was able to install Windows 10 again , and it boots normally when Secure Boot is turned OFF from BIOS , moreover , i cant configure the Bitlocker giving me an error " bitlocker startup options on this pc are configured incorrectly "

Please Help Me solve this issue

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand that the PC is not booting to Windows. I'd be happy to assist you. let us try these steps to resolve this issue:


Perform a hard reset 


1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected. 
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds. 
4) Plug-in the Adapter. 
5) Try to turn on the computer. 


Restore BIOS default settings

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.

  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.

  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.

  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?

  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Let us run a test on the hardware components of the PC

  1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
  3. Perform System Test > Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.
