Omen 15-en0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I owned a Omen 15en0xxx with Windows 10 Home Edition. Have a plan to upgrade to Win10Pro via Microsoft Store (99$). So I need your time guys to ask a couple of noob questions. 😊

1. After the upgrade to Pro, if a problem occurs to me, and needed to restore everything from the start, Windows to be installed will be the Pro version or the Home Version (from Omen restore)?
2. If I format entire HD and install a fresh Win10Pro Trial from a media (USB), can I use the key from upgrade to activate it?

3. Every time I open Omen Gaming Hub, I don't find an option to exit. His processes remain active! Is there any option to fully shut down it?

Thanks

A1. The Windows version for a normal Omen is Windows Home. The embedded key on BIOS is for Windows Home.

A2. When using Windows 10 Pro key, Microsoft should accept Windows 10 Pro key because you PAID Microsoft

A3. Like all Windows applications, you can close  using the top X as shown:

Thanks for answers.

A1 and A2 clear!

A3, yes I know there is an Exit button, but it close the Omen Hub window only, processes remain still active in Task Manager! I need the X button to turn off the program completely. If possible of course.
