I just bought a new AC ADAPTER that is not original ( it has the exact same specifications ) and it says " The Smart Adapter power rating is below system requirements . System is runing in reduced performance mode. "
Is there any way to fix or bypass this ? I was looking everywhere for an original AC ADAPTER but there are none . HELP ME PLEASE

You will need an HP 200 W Smart AC power adapter that has HP part number L00818-850.
The power rating of your new power adapter must not be providing 10.5A and 19.5 V, if you are seeing that error message. P=IE 10.5A x 19.5 V= 204.75W
Here is the Original 200W 19.5V 10.3A TPN-DA10 L00818-850 L00895-003 ADP-200HB B AC Adapter
sold in Romania
You might end up having to purchase it from another country. The Netherlands could be a good choice. There are quite a few for sale there.

Hello,
I understand the situation you’re in with the AC adapter warning and the performance mode issue. While it’s always recommended to use original adapters for compatibility and safety reasons, I can provide some general advice that might help.
The message you’re seeing typically indicates that the laptop has detected an adapter with a lower power rating than what is required for the system to operate at full performance. Even if the specifications seem to match, the laptop might still recognize it as non-original due to proprietary communication between the adapter and the laptop.
Here are some steps you can consider:
Check the Adapter’s Output Rating: Ensure that the voltage and amperage match exactly with the original adapter’s specifications. Even a slight difference can cause the system to trigger the warning.
Update BIOS and Drivers: Sometimes, updating the BIOS and system drivers can resolve compatibility issues with third-party hardware.
Power Management Settings: Adjust the power management settings in your operating system to see if you can override the reduced performance mode.
Consider Universal Adapters: If original adapters are not available, universal laptop adapters with selectable voltage and interchangeable tips might be a better alternative, as they are designed to be compatible with various models.
Please note that bypassing safety features is not recommended as it can potentially harm your laptop or pose a safety risk. If none of the above steps work, it might be worth waiting for an original adapter to become available or checking with certified resellers.
I hope my suggestion is helpful for you.
Best Regard,

OK.
Be aware that the proper PSU matching the HP part number will have a blue tip on the barrel plug.
That is an HP standard.
As I said, the "values" that are marked on the PSU, may not be actual values.
That is likely to be what is triggering the warning message.
