Hello, here are my pc specs rq:
AMD Radeon RX 6550M
AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS
WIndows 11 with secure boot
Fb2063dx (HP 8D07)
I also have
AMF WORKING IN OBS (660M)
Default AMD Adrenalin install (not minimal, default idk if full tho)
So, what im asking is, when i installed AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, I saw that the record and stream tab was missing even tho its routed to the igpu (not the dgpu, which dosent even have amf unlike the igpu which does) and i have all the features too, so does the fb2063dx or amd adrenalin just ignore record and stream? Does this model support AMD Relive?

ReLive is desktop-focused, not laptop-supported. AMD Adrenalin’s Record & Stream/ReLive tab is often missing by design or blocked by the AMD Laptop driver package, even if the hardware can encode video through AMF in OBS. It’s the same on my HP laptop with an AMD GPU and on my brother’s Acer laptop with an AMD system.
Interesting fact: in the past, there were modded driver packages that tweaked official AMD drivers and enabled missing features on some systems. In some cases, they also enabled the Record & Stream/ReLive tab on laptops, as I saw in AMD Software last year with one of the final releases. I’m not sure if new modded releases are still being made, but the last one I remember was around 25.3.1.
That said, there’s usually nothing wrong with the laptop itself, it’s mainly how the driver is managed on laptops, and this behavior is common on many models.
