Product: HP Omen 15 DC1112TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello i have a problem with my hp omen 15 ever since i bought it. The audio has crackling sounds even if i am using speaker or specially when i am using earphones. i tried using different earphones and speaker to make sure that its not the peripherals problem but the crackling sound is still there.I tried to switch to older drivers, I tried switching the driver to High Definition Audio Device,Reinstalling the operating system( this worked but 2 days the cracking sound came back).  

 

Hoping for effective solutions.
