Hi, i just bought 2 new sticks of RAM both 8GB as I wanted to do dual channel and have a total of 16GB, however I came into an issues where the slot which already had ram in works fine and see the 8GB, however the second slot which I have above doesn't read the second stick of ram, I know the ram works as I tried both and I even placed the old ram into the second slot but my laptop still doesn't see it. Is there a way to force the second ram to be seen?
