Hi, I have a HP Omen 16 ap0xxx that I had bought, I intended to install Zorin OS on it but I ran into an issue, I cannot access the advanced BIOS setup, why can I not access the settings of my own personal laptop? what can be done to fix this?

Many recent HP Omen models lock out advanced BIOS menus by default. Manufacturers often restrict these settings to avoid stability issues, especially with newer hardware. Some users working with Linux-based systems, including gaming platforms similar to online mini-game environments, mention that switching to <strong>Legacy Support</strong> or disabling <strong>Secure Boot</strong> is enough to proceed with installation even without full BIOS access.
