Hi @Jonnyht1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To determine whether your laptop's BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) has an advanced option, you typically need to enter the BIOS setup during the boot process. The key combination to enter the BIOS setup varies depending on the manufacturer, but it's commonly one of the following keys: F2, F10, F12, Del, or Esc.
Since you've already tried Ctrl + F10 without success, I'd suggest trying these key combinations during the boot process to see if any of them allow you to access the advanced BIOS options. Typically, the advanced BIOS options contain settings related to system configuration, power management, security, and more.
If you're still unable to access the advanced BIOS options, it's possible that your laptop's BIOS may not have such options available or they may be limited.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
