Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After firmwere update my laptop is not starting. When I turn on my pc it show a black screen then keeps on restarting. No key combination is working except win+B and win+v . Nothing happens with these combination too.

had the same had to send it back to hp took 6 weeks....... and came back as owner fault but the fixed it foc
