Hello, how do i know if my laptop with ryzen 5800h and rx 6600m comes with amd advantage edition?

AMD  Advantage is pretty much just a marketing strategy to promote the fact that the CPU and GPU are AMD chips.

If you mean does it have access to features such as AMD Smart Access Memory etc, then the answer would be yes.
