Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 17-cd0xxx

Hello!

I have a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 17-cd0xxx running with windows 10, and rencently, i've noticed a pretty big issue with my programs.

I am an artist and use programs such as Clip Studio PAINT and Paint Tool Sai 2. But when i start up these programs, they will just freeze until i force close them. To resolve this issue, i need to force my computer to shut down and then activate it again. But this solution has only worked once or twice, and now i can open neither of these two programs.

They're both up to date, my computer doesn't need any updates, neither do my drivers, and as far as i'm aware there's no issue with my laptop.

Is there a solution to this??

 

(PS. Sorry for any issues with categorizing my entry; i'm really bad with websites and such)
