Good evening,

I can't make the laptop's speakers work, I have problems connecting the WI-FI (it works via cable but not wirelessly), and the touchpad doesn't work either.

I tried to download the drivers from the settings and it still doesn't work. Also, I no longer have any update or driver download option in the windows settings.

I even tried with HP Support Assistant, I can't find any kind of update or driver download option here either.

If you could give me the links to the drivers it would be fantastic. I need an urgent answer, thank you.

I understand that you are facing multiple issues with the Omen laptop. 

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

What Operating system does it come with?

 

Have you made any changes to your hardware or software?

 

Update the drivers, and Bios by selecting your current version of OS. Click here

 

Meanwhile, test the hardware diagnostics on the Touchpad, speaker, and Wifi network card.
