Alright, I have some weird audio issues and I have no idea how to resolve them. I have the Arctis Nova 7's (the PC and PlayStation version) and I use the Steelseries GG app to customize profiles with Sonar. The headset and Sonar work great... until I exit out of a game. It doesn't matter what game it is that I was playing and when I close out of the game I lose all audio and microphone function. In order to resolve it I have to restart the Windows audio service. This issue had just started happening back in February. I have reinstalled Windows completely in hopes that would take care of the problem but that didn't work. I can't find much help online other than the suggestion to just restart audio services and its getting frustrating having to do that every time I close out of a game. I also even went as far as disabling all other sound/microphone devices other than the Nova 7's and Realtek speakers. I also went into the settings and turned off the permissions for Windows to control the audio on this headset so theoretically only SteelSeries should be controlling it. It still hasn't resolved the issue. Has anyone else had this issue on their PC? What can I possibly do to fix this permanently? Any and all suggestions are welcome
