OMEN by HP - 15-ce001ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop audio is not working after the update of windows 10 1909. I have a gaming laptop OMEN by HP - 15-ce001ne. This audio issue has happened multiple times during the 1903 update, I contacted Microsoft support. They remotely accessed to my laptop and tried every troubleshooting method, it did not work. so I had to go back to the previous build 1809.

 

Definitely, there is a problem with HP, not properly updating drivers for the premium laptop which is their responsibility and not Microsoft's, because audio and everything works fine in the previous 1809 version.

 

Some games and Softwares only work in 1903 and 1909 windows 10. I am so annoyed that I cannot update because of audio issues. HP being one of the best in the market not able to solve this. I have paid nearly 2500 USD for this laptop which is a top and a premium product of HP, I expect some solution from HP as well as Microsoft, with so much experience and not able to solve such an important issue.

 

I mean how can HP not update drivers for a premium laptop model. I am really annoyed and disappointed. Please find a solution to this, I have tried every method, every available driver and I have gone to every responsible person for the solution.
