Hi expert,

out or going back to actual fit, Some times I can get back to actual fit after push escape button, At first I thought it was game problem so exit the game. But problem still exist. when I m at my desktop. Pointer automatically go back my computer icon without my help. So what to do? Please advise. Thanks

Hi Nazmul,
It sounds like you have a few problems going on:
1) When you say your pointer is going backward, do you mean it drifts to the left? If not, please clarify.
2) When you say zoom in, are you referring to a zoom function in a game (like sniping), or perhaps the game is running at an incorrect resolution, or something else?
3) Do you mean you mouse pointer shows up in a game when it is not supposed to, like instead of the cross-hairs?
Specifying what game or equipment you are using might help.

Hi Andy,
1. Yes, its drift to the left and stuck at top left corner (Lets say my computer icon). Whatever time I tried to move that
pointer, its automatically going again and again to that place. Some times escape button can help for few seconds or minutes, then again its start to doing same. I already uninstalled my touchpad, thought it could help, but problem still exist.
Even at that time if I try to type any thing, pointer goes automatically to my left or backwards.
2. Games started with correct resolution, I have checked with other PC, none can found any problem.
3. No, pointer is not the problem, its not showed up rather in game its automatically zoom in. At first, I thought it was
a game problem, then I exit but still found the problem in desktop as describe in point 1.
My laptop is HP OMEN, at this moment I don't have full spec, I will share with you later.
Thanks
Nazmul
