Hi hp team

I am a hp laptop consumer facing battery charging time problem to new laptop since one month it taking 3.5 to fully charged and I also registered case id [Personal Information Removed] but 2 technician visit done but I can't get any solution from hp. This is my mail to high authorities of hp team to my case resolve my issue.
