BATTERY PROBLEM

MY HP VICTUS LAPTOP IS NOT CHARGING 

AND ITS CHARGING LIGHT IS BLINKING WITH RED 

YESTEDAY BATTERY WAS CHARGING BUT DISCHARGING IN MINUTE

AND TODAY ITS NOT EVEN CHARGING

PLEASE HELP ON IT
