Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I can't decide whether to download and install HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) version F.11 Rev.A from HP Customer Support website or not. CPU-Z says I'm currently using the AMI F.06 version. Does my laptop need this update? If so, why isn't it listed as one of the 'recommended' drivers in the website? And why doesn't it show up as an available update in my HP Support Assistant app?

The current BIOS is F.11 Rev A dated Aug 16, 2021
