Hi @MS360, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Upon checking the links, the first link leads to BIOS Version: F.19 Rev.A
And the second link leads to BIOS Version: F.16 Rev.A
The main differences between the BIOS versions F.19 Rev A and F.16 Rev A for the HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-es1xxx are typically related to updates and fixes. Here are some key points:
BIOS Version F.19 Rev A:
This version includes the latest updates and improvements over the previous versions.
It may contain security patches, performance enhancements, and bug fixes that were identified after the release of F.16.
Sometimes, newer BIOS versions also add support for new hardware or software features.
BIOS Version F.16 Rev A:
This is an earlier version and may lack some of the updates and fixes included in F.19.
It might be more stable if F.19 has any unresolved issues, but it won't have the latest improvements.
It's generally recommended to use the latest BIOS version.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Max3Aj and thank you for your answer. Both firmwares were released on the same day, so it is inappropriate to talk about older or newer firmware here. Also, please note that there is no version F.17 and F.18. My question was about the specific difference between them. Therefore, I ask you to inform me what specific changes were made and whether it will be safe to perform such an update for my device?

A message on a private channel does not help others, like me, that have the same problem and does not benefit from the reply.
I have tried downloading BIOS F.19 for install. The laptop stopped responding after extraction and needed a power on reboot.

Maybe my answer can help you. My HP notebook automatically detects new BIOS versions and prompts for an update.

If you can't flash your notebook with the new BIOS, it probably doesn't suit your model.
