Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)

Hi,

I´m running in a weird problem while trying to upgrade my Victus. These are my local hard drives:

The system drive ois located in c: on drive 0:Screenshot 2023-12-13 124549.png

 

When checking for driver updates in https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/, these came up for my model:

After downloading all of them witrh the hp download manager tool and starting the install, the BIOS update identified as below:

File was extracted to the standard folder:

When confirming the start of the update, I run in this error message and can´t get pass it:Screenshot 2023-12-13 114723.png

 

Any help would be appreciated.
