BSOD error while booting into windows 11 and also while booting into recovery mode

   Well I was working in my laptop, basically I was in WhatsApp and all of the sudden a notification comes with unusual sound and loops, later my device restarted with bsod error and when my laptop tried to boot on recovery it got the same bsod error but this time with black background, it happens even if we boot into recovery mode manually. I did tho. It showed warning in short and long dst check. It got me worried and when I called customer care they told that I would have to reinstall windows. Still it didn't satisfied me cause the requirements was 32 gb pendrive

- Short and Long DST (drive self test), if it fails the drive must be replaced and operating system reinstalled !

Well I bought my laptop like 1 month ago, can't it be the problem of error in windows

Hello @Rishik_s 

Take pictures of HP Diagnostics drive results (short and long DST) and contact HP Support for service repair.

The drive must be replaced and operating system reinstalled
